On August 23, 2025, Qatar Media Corporation (QMC) and the Al Jazeera Media Institute formalized a cooperation agreement focused on elevating Qatar’s media workforce and infrastructure. Representatives from both sides signed the pact at QMC’s headquarters: Abdullah Ghanem al-Binali al-Mohannadi, Director of QMC’s International Cooperation and Planning & Quality Department, and Iman al-Amri, Director of the Al Jazeera Media Institute.
The collaboration aims to foster specialized training programs, hands-on production experience in Al Jazeera’s studios, expert-led workshops, and tailored support for QMC personnel. Its goal is to align Qatar’s media sector with global best practices and prepare professionals for future industry demands.
